Certainly, reminiscent of the song "Jar of Hearts."

A simple easily recognizable heart. The wavering effect of the glass makes the heart look more immaterial or ethereal. The fact it's monochrome makes it seem pure.
The jar is also simple. The broken wire on the right helps to add to the fragile motif, even-though the jar itself seems quite sturdy. However, I would guess it's not the jar that is meant to be fragile, but the jar is meant to protect that which is fragile.

The clean simple nature of the photo itself -I feel- both accentuates the message and helps with the purity/clarity aspect, but -for me anyway- makes also makes it a little soporific.

I love the contrast between the blue background and the red heart, and the perspective that you photographed the heart in the jar was an interesting one. It's simple, but you get the message across and the image has a distinct artsy feel about it. I wouldn't have made it in the direct center of the image, and the concept itself isn't too original. Although, I like the idea of putting the heart in a glass jar to show fragility. Regardless, you did a great job here. This is totally deserving of the attention it has gotten. I hope I helped!
